Earth Day Celebratory Yoga Recap in Austin, Texas
At the Nature Foundation, we believe in fostering a deeper connection between our community and the natural world. From organizing cleanups to hosting park yoga sessions, our aim is to provide opportunities for everyone to engage with nature and its wonders. On April 14th, we had the pleasure of hosting our largest event yet at Waterloo Park, and it was truly a day to remember.
On April 14th, we held a free park yoga in celebration of Earth Day, led by the University of Texas Professor Zoe Mantarakis and her fieldwork students. During the hour-long yoga practice, participants immersed themselves in a rejuvenating finding harmony and peace within the beautiful scenery of Waterloo Park in Austin, Texas.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Professor Zoe and her students for their expertise and commitment to making this event a success! Their passion for yoga and dedication to environmental awareness perfectly aligns with our mission at the Nature Foundation, and we couldn't have asked for better leaders for our park yoga session.
Furthermore, we are immensely grateful to our generous sponsors who contributed to the success of the event by providing products for our attendees to enjoy. A special shoutout goes to Tiff's Treats, Guayaki, and Kendra Scott for their support and generosity. Their contributions not only enhanced the experience for our participants but also demonstrated their commitment to our community and environmental causes.
As we continue our journey at the Nature Foundation, we look forward to organizing more events that inspire connection, foster appreciation for nature, and create lasting memories for our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us at Waterloo Park, and we can't wait to see you at our next event!
