The average person generates 3,000 pounds of waste every year. An estimated 33 billion pounds of plastic enter the ocean annually — that’s roughly equivalent to dumping two garbage trucks full of plastic into the oceans every minute.
For every monetary donation, we pledge to clean up the equivalent amount of trash.
